Coral Island, known locally as Koh Hae is a beautiful getaway destination located only 9 kms southeast of Phuket. Just 15 minutes by speed boat or 30 minutes by local longtail boat from Chalong Pier. There are 2 different beaches; Long Beach and Banana Beach. The big Long Beach is where all the speedboats take and most of the day trippers go. The the smaller Banana Beach is a favorite scuba diving and snorkeling location for see fish, especially beautiful coral reef in crystal sea.

Coral Island Resort at the eastern end of Long Beach is the only accommodation on the island. The resort has a simple beachfront restaurant. All cottages discreetly scattered around the beach and pool and have a private terrace.
